Fitness

While overall health can really be used to describe my entire endeavor, this post is about physical health.

Goals/Maxims:

(In Order)
1. Healthiest Heart Possible
2. Tightest Body Possible
3. Strongest/Fastest/Most Flexible/Highest Vertical

Reasons:
1. a) history of family heart problems
b) connection with brain - key component in Brain Fitness
c) avoid health costs down the road
d) live the longest life possible
2. a) self - confidence (whether this is justified or not)
b) appeal to others
c) be able to cut vegetables with your abs
3. a) experience things you wouldn't otherwise be able to (summitting a mountain/dunking a basketball
b) fulfill your "competitive" drive
